These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products from the Daf Echad Sifrei Breslov online store (dafechad.com). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. About the Store

2. Products
Our store offers Breslov Chassidic books and related religious literature. All products are described to the best of our ability. In the event of an error in product description or price, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and release any authorization held on your card.
3. Payment — Authorization & Charge
Your card will not be charged at the time of placing your order. When you complete checkout, an authorization (hold) is placed on your card for the order amount. This reserves the funds but does not constitute a charge.
Your card will be charged only when your order has been prepared and is ready for dispatch. If any items are unavailable, the authorization will be released in full or in part — no charge will be made for those items.
Authorization holds typically appear as a pending transaction on your bank statement and may expire after 7–30 days depending on your card issuer. In such cases we will contact you.
3A. Currency other than ILS
All non-ILS currency amounts shown are estimates, provided for general information purposes only. Product prices do not include customs, duty fees and/or taxes.
The final amount will be charged in Israeli New Shekels. Your credit card company may charge you an additional conversion fee.
Any charges or refunds to your credit card will be issued in Israeli New Shekels. Refund amounts may be more or less than the purchase price due to fluctuations in exchange rates.
4. Product Delivery Policy
Orders are dispatched after final payment capture. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard domestic (Israel): approx. 3 business days from dispatch, excluding dispatch and delivery days. May vary during peak seasons and holidays.
- Express domestic: available at checkout, subject to carrier availability.
- International: times vary by destination and method, shown at checkout, not guaranteed.
Tracking sent by email upon dispatch.
5. Cancellation & Return Policy
Per Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981:
- Orders may be cancelled any time before dispatch; authorization will be released in full.
- After dispatch, returns accepted within 14 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging.
- Contact [email protected] or 972.2.99999.86 to cancel.
- Refunds within 14 business days. Cancellation fee up to 5% or 100 ILS (whichever is lower) may apply per law.
- Shipping costs non-refundable unless return is due to our error.
- Digital/custom orders non-refundable once processed.
Nothing here limits statutory rights under Israeli law.
6. Privacy Policy
Personal information is used solely to process orders and provide support.
We commit that customer details will not be transferred, sold, or disclosed to any third party, except as required by law or necessary to fulfil orders (e.g. carriers).
Payment details are processed securely and not stored on our servers.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Israeli law. Disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jerusalem.

החנות מציעה ספרי ברסלב חסידיים וספרות דתית קשורה. כל המוצרים מתוארים במיטב יכולתנו. במקרה של טעות בתיאור מוצר או במחיר, אנו שומרים לעצמנו את הזכות לבטל את העסקה ולשחרר כל אישור שהוחזק בכרטיסכם.
3. תשלום — אישור וחיוב
כרטיסכם לא יחויב בעת ביצוע ההזמנה. עם השלמת ההזמנה, יבוצע אישור (הקפאת סכום) בכרטיסכם. פעולה זו מהווה הבטחת הכספים בלבד ואינה חיוב.
כרטיסכם יחויב רק לאחר שהזמנתכם הוכנה ומוכנה למשלוח. אם פריטים אינם זמינים, האישור ישוחרר ולא יבוצע חיוב עבור אותם פריטים.
אישורי הקפאה עשויים להופיע כעסקה ממתינה בדף החשבון שלכם. ההקפאה עשויה לפקוע תוך 7–30 יום בהתאם לחברת כרטיס האשראי. במקרה כזה ניצור אתכם קשר.
3א. מטבע שאינו ILS
סכומים במטבע שאינו ILS המוצגים באתר הם הערכה בלבד ולצרכי מידע כללי. מחירי המוצרים אינם כוללים מכס, היטלים ו/או מסים.
החיוב הסופי יתבצע בשקלים חדשים (ILS). חברת האשראי שלכם עשויה לגבות עמלת המרה.
כל חיוב או זיכוי לכרטיס האשראי יבוצע בשקלים חדשים (ILS). סכום ההחזר עשוי להיות גבוה או נמוך ממחיר הרכישה עקב שינויי שער חליפין.
4. מדיניות אספקת מוצר
הזמנות נשלחות לאחר ביצוע החיוב הסופי. זמני אספקה משוערים:
- משלוח סטנדרטי בתוך ישראל: כ-3 ימי עסקים, לא כולל יום המשלוח ויום המסירה. עשוי להשתנות בעונות עומס.
- משלוח מהיר: זמין בהזמנה, בכפוף לזמינות.
- לחו״ל: בהתאם ליעד ושיטה, מוצג בקופה, לא מובטח.
פרטי מעקב יישלחו בדוא״ל עם יציאת ההזמנה.
5. מדיניות ביטול עסקה
בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן, תשמ״א-1981:
- ניתן לבטל בכל עת לפני המשלוח; האישור ישוחרר במלואו.
- לאחר המשלוח — החזרה תוך 14 יום מהקבלה, באריזה מקורית ללא שימוש.

- החזר כספי תוך 14 ימי עסקים. ייתכנו דמי ביטול של עד 5% או 100 ש״ח, לפי הנמוך, בהתאם לדין.
- דמי משלוח אינם מוחזרים אלא אם הביטול נובע מטעות מצדנו.
- מוצרים דיגיטליים ומותאמים אינם ניתנים להחזר לאחר אספקה.
אין בתקנון זה כדי לגרוע מזכויותיכם על פי דין.
6. הגבלת פרטיות
מידע אישי משמש אך ורק לעיבוד הזמנתכם ומתן שירות.
אנו מתחייבים כי פרטי הלקוח לא יועברו, יימכרו או יגולו לצד שלישי, אלא כנדרש על פי חוק או לצורך ביצוע ההזמנה (כגון חברות שליחות).
פרטי התשלום מעובדים בצורה מאובטחת ואינם מאוחסנים אצלנו.
7. דין חל וסמכות שיפוט
תקנון זה כפוף לדיני מדינת ישראל. סמכות שיפוט בלעדית לבתי המשפט בירושלים.
